Barcelona are planning to sell Memphis Depay to fund a move for Leeds winger Raphinha, according Dailymail.
The report continued to state that the striker fell down the pecking order in the second-half of last season due to injuries and January signings made by the club.
The Dutchman has been told he’s no longer part of Xavi’s plans for next season as reported by Marca.
Barcelona plans to raise £21.5million (€25m) from the sale of the 28-year-old and they would use that to boost their bid to sign Raphinha.
In a recent Twitter post, Depay wrote: ‘I see how certain tactics been played around me as a football player. It’s all good, God like this about me.. that’s why im favored.
‘My whole life i wasn’t good enough, didn’t apply to the standard looks and didn’t have the right behavior That’s what happens when you live freely.’
Depay desires to stay at Camp Nou but the club had already taken it’s decision and that will be final.
Depay’s has scored 12 goals in 28 LaLiga appearances after joining the Catalan club from Lyon.
