Jurgen Klopp has admitted that wife, Ulla Sandrock, played a major role in his decision to sign a two-year contract extension at Liverpool.
The German coach broke many hearts earlier this year when he stated that he could take a break from football, but later calmed the tension when Liverpool agreed to give him and his coaching staff a new deals.
“I’ll stay for another two years, and not only me. All my coaches will as well, which is the most important actually,” Klopp said on a video shared on Liverpool‘s Twitter account.
“Why? Because Ulla wants to stay and, as a good husband, what are you doing when your wife wants to stay? You are staying.”
