Everton grabbed an away win to beat Leicester City 2-1 to climb out of the relegation zone after a hard-fought victory.

A stunning volley from Vitalii Mykolenko saw Everton open up the scoring but Leceister responded when Patson Daka slotted the ball past Jordan Pickford after Yerry Mina’s header dropped into his path.

Mason Holgate scored from close range following initial Richarlison’s header which was pushed to one side by Kasper Schmeichel after 30 minutes.
