Andreas Christensen will become a free agent at the end of this month as confirm by chelsea, ahead of his possible transfer to Barcelona.

Danish centre-back had planned to leave Stamford Bridge for Camp Nou this summer which has now been confirmed by Chelsea.

The 26-year-old joined Chelsea from Brondby in 2012 and also served loan at Borussia Monchengladbach for two seasons.

He has made 161 appearances for Chelsea, scoring two goals and two assists. He also won top titles like, the Champions League, Europa League, European Super Cup and Club World Cup.

He has played 55 times for Danish national team.
