The management of Juventus FC met with Paul Pogba’s representatives on Monday ahead of a potential free transfer to the Turin side.
Pogba is expected to leave Manchester United at the end of the season when his contract expires.
Juventus are among the frontrunners to acquire his services.
The midfielder left Juventus for Manchester United in 2016.
The Board of Directors of the Bianconeri met with Rafaela Pimenta, who has worked as a long-time lawyer for agent Mino Raiola.
Pogba started his professional career with United, making his professional debut in 2011 but left to join Juve on a free transfer at the end of that campaign.
He was with Juve for four seasons, winning Serie A in each season, the Coppa Italia twice and was part of the side which lost 3-1 to Barcelona in the 2015 Champions League final in Berlin.
Pogba left to re-join United in a then world-record €105 million transfer in 2016 and has won the League Cup and Europa League during his time at Old Trafford.
