Tanguy Ndombele is not doing enough to convince Antonio Conte that desires to stay at Tottenham and adapt to his revolution.
The Spurs’ record signing, was booed by Tottenham fans during Sunday’s 3-1 FA Cup third round win over Morecambe, making angry fans to slowly walk out of the pitch as he was being substituted not minding the fact that Tottenham were losing 1-0 to the Morecambe at the time.
This indicates that Ndombele’s future under the Italian head coach is now looking bleak with the club ready to listen to offers for the midfielder.
Reports had it that Conte had originally planned for Ndombele to stay at the club until at least the end of the season, believing the midfielder had the talent to play a role in his dream team.
Conte had reservations about Ndombele’s ability but felt he could motivate the Frenchman to contribute to the team.
It is understood that Conte is likely to let the midfielder leave the club during the January transfer window, permanently or on loan, after the player failed to convince him of his desire to contribute more and the drama that followed his substitution on Sunday has reinforced the club’s stance.
