Cristiano Ronaldo’s stay at Manchester United might come to an end after just one season considering the situation of things at the club.

The superstar returned to Manchester United from Juventus last summer. Now, after the first half of the same season, he’s considering a move out of Old Trafford.

Reports has it that Ronaldo invited his agent Jorge Mendes for a talk leading to Mendes travelling to Manchester to meet with his client.

Ralf Rangnick was appointed interim coach of the club. But his stay hasn’t had the desired impact, leaving a number of players at the club unhappy.

“Cristiano is very concerned about what is happening at United,” a source close to the player told The Sun. “The team is receiving a lot of criticism and he knows he is regarded as one of the leaders.

“There are quite a lot of problems and Cristiano is feeling the pressure and is very stressed by the situation. He desperately wants his United move to be a success, but he is starting to recognise that winning trophies with the current set up could be a real struggle.

“Jorge came to see him and they spent time chatting through how things are going, what they think are the problems, how they might be solved and what the solutions may be. Nothing is ruled out.”

Ronaldo has managed to score 14 goals in all competitions this season.
