Reports from Diario sports has it that the Spanish side Barcelona, have announced the signing of a 17-year-old Fabio Blanco from Eintracht Frankfurt for two years. The player will stay with the club till 2024 and will start with Barcelona team B before joining the first team.
Blanco signed for Eintracht Frankfurt from Valencia last summer , after spending part of his career at Mestalla.
Barcelona had also place a release clause of €100m in his contract to keep the youngster at the Camp Nou.
Barcelona team B are presently in 7th position in the third level of Spanish football, having ushered their best players to the first team as a result of the injury and COVID-19 crises that hit Barcelona first team.
The new signing hopes to make it to the first team as the head coach has promised showed preference to use talented youth.
