FC Barcelona is preparing a swoop for Atletico Madrid striker Alvaro Morata in January, with Xavi Hernandez reportedly calling the player over a loan move.
Morata is in Juventus and will stay till the end of the season after the Italian Giants signed the striker on loan from Atletico Madrid in 2020.
However, the striker has failed to show his super displays in Juventus and has been sidelined by the boss Max Allegri.
Now, Barcelona are ready to offer Morata an escape and Xavi has spoken to the player over a loan move until the end of the season, with an option for a permanent deal.Diaro AS reported that Morata is interested in the move despite the complexity of the transfer that will require Juventus and Atletico Madrid approval.
