Karim Benzema has always been an avid fan of Ronaldo Nazario, and it’s not something he has been ashamed of admitting.
The two players have both sported the No.9 jersey at Real Madrid and it seems the admiration between the two is mutual.
Ronaldo, the current president and maximum shareholder of Real Valladolid, was asked who he believes is worthy of this year’s Ballon d’Or award.
“The best forward in the world, [an] incredibly high level for 10 years and a champion above all. Worthy of the award, don’t you think?”
The Ballon d’Or ceremony will be held on November 29, 2021.
