Cristiano Ronaldo was unhappy after Manchester United were held by Everton on Saturday.

Cristiano Ronaldo stormed off the pitch mumbling to himself after Manchester United’s 1-1 draw with Everton on Saturday. The Red Devils went ahead through Anthony Martial. But they failed to take all three points with Andros Townsend levelling for the Toffees.

Manchester United went up against Everton today hoping to boost their chances of Premier League title glory.

But that didn’t happen, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side failing to win for the fourth time from their last five matches.

Martial opened the scoring with a powerful strike after good work from Fernandes.

But Townsend then went up the other end in the second half to level, earning a well-earned point for the Toffees in the process.

He was eventually brought on in the second half but, on a frustrating afternoon for the home side, couldn’t find the net.

And, at the final whistle, Ronaldo was angry.

The 36-year-old stormed down the tunnel mumbling to himself, appearing to be livid at the way his afternoon unfolded.

After coming on, the veteran couldn’t alter the game with Everton digging deep to earn a draw.

And how United now respond, given they’re on a run of failing to win four of their last five matches, remains to be seen.
